ABOUT JLM STEEL
JLM Steel Erectors is a Central Oregon base, licensed GC contractor specializing in engineered steel homes, shops houses, and commercial steel buildings. With decades of hands-on experience in structural steel erection and building systems, we bring commercial-grade precision and performance to every project we build.

Our work ranges from 1,600 sq ft structures to large-scale commercial buildings up to 100,000+ sq ft. Recently we’ve expanded our focus to custom steel-framed homes and rural living structure. Combing strength, energy efficiency, and long-term durability in a way traditional wood construction simply cannot match.
After building our own Steel home, we saw firsthand the advantages of fully engineered steel framing. High-performance insulation packages (min R-30 walls and R-42 roof systems), radiant heated slabs design. Today, we apply that same level of detail and care to every residential project we take on.
